Original download and launch worked fine. I deleted app after it failed to operate properly at log in or trying to use the app. Deleted it in frustration. Reloaded recently and could not log in nor reset password. Multiple attempts failed. Asked for password change and could not get past the code input as I could not get my keyboard to appear. My wife also cannot get in with password reset. Very frustrating! Have deleted app again. Thank you.

Sorry you’re facing trouble logging in and using the app. I just tested the login process and password reset tool and it worked properly for me. Can I ask you to delete the current version of your app and re-download it. It could be possible this was a bug that has now been patched.
At the login screen, you’ll need to tap on each field in order to show the keyboard. If you need to reset your password, there should be a ‘Forgot Password?’ just in under the Login button.
