I have never been able to set up my profile. I enter all the info and hit save and it never saves. Anytime i open the app it asks me to create a new profile.

Hi @Rhonda K , I’d love to try and help troubleshoot this. What kind of device are you using? Are you updated to the latest version of the app available in the App Store or Google Play Store?
