Badges not updating#113

The last two states i have stayed in have not updated with their badge. I was i Indiana and now Pennsylvania. No badge for either.

@Steve Finch I’m on it! Will get with our developer to see what’s going on.

@Steve Finch Does the app show you in the correct location? Is your location permissions for the app set to always allow?

It does show me in the correct location and permission is set to “Allowed all the time”.

@Steve Finch A new version of the app will be made available later today that should address this issue. Check later today or tomorrow to ensure you’re on the latest version and get back to me on if it solves it.

Still not working.
I even uninstalled the ap twice, once after the uninstall i shut my phone off for 5 minutes before reinstalling

Both times after install and login i received the same message that my location was current which was showing as Iowa. That was the last time i received a badge.

Since then I was in Indiana and now Pennsylvania. So the last badge and map before telling it to update is correct. After i tell it to update the map does show me where i am. I also gave the ap full time permission where i am.

We left NY taking Interstate 90 west to Jefferson, Ohio. When we were on 90 in PA I opened the app and clicked check-in and it added PA’s badge even though we never stopped. In Ohio the app did not add the badge until after I closed the app, reopened it and selected Check-In.

Still have not been able to get teh app to work at all

I uninstalled the App, shut my phone off and waited a couple of minutes before I restarted the phone. Then I reinstalled the App to ensure I had a clean and the latest version. This last version they did fixed all of my issues for my Andriod phone.

I’m having problems with this too:

How does the badges work. I did a couple check-in in South Carolina and in Georgia and Florida the other day and those two states are notpopping up badges. Do I have to be still for the badges too pop up or will they pop up by jjust passing through while the app is open in the background. Now South Carolina and Florida popped up but not Georgia

My badges are not updating . I was in VT and not in NH and they are not updating. What is the deal?
