Is this a new install on a new phone, or after an app update on an existing phone?

This may sound a little silly, but try tapping on the screen while it’s spinning and see if that stops it. That may allow you to move forward with logging in. If that doesn’t help, let me know and we’ll figure out what’s going on.

Installed the update. It crashes on launch.
