Ack! Please help! I have not been able to complete a check-in for several weeks on my phone, when I click check-in, nothing changes. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it, in the process of losing all of my friend and badge history. However, I am sitting here at FMCA, and it still will not show me any area nomads. my iPhone has been fully updated to any new software, and we are running with strong Internet on star link. Any suggestions? I’m really sad I lost all of that history, too.

Well the good news is I was able to locate your account. It is showing as active and all of your data is intact. So let’s troubleshoot what is happening in the app. Can you tell me what error you are getting when you try to login?
