Locations for friends#152

None of my friends locations are updating on my end. I know where at least three of them are and they are all in old locations and I know for a fact they have been updating thier location. I have tried logging off, deleting the app, checked all my setting and even changed my password.

Why wont anyone address this issue? It’s very frustrating that locations of friends is not updating! What do I need to do to get someone to help?

Our apologies for not responding sooner. We had a system wide outage earlier this year that was fixed in July. We assumed the problems you’re experiencing were related to that outage. I will reach out to you via email to try to resolve this issue. Thank you!

We’ve been experiencing some interruptions with our service provider, and had some difficulty getting our services resumed. This is why everyone has been experiencing issues with the app since May. As of today, those services have been fully restored. Please check-in on the app to update your location.
