Stuck!#66

I’m so excited to be creating an account, but the app is stuck on the location services page. It doesn’t show the whole page, so there’s nothing to click on to move ahead. Reopening the app doesn’t help. How should I proceed?

Okay, I will definitinely need to work on that. In the meantime if you go to Settings, Privacy, Location Services, Nomad Near Me and then grant the app either Always On or While in Use app permissions and you should be able to get in. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

Also, can you let me know what model of Phone you are using?

Hi I’ve been trying for several days to register but site freezes on location where I’m at?

If you change your location services manually under Settings, Privac, Location Services, Nomad Near Me and set the options to either Always On or While In Use that screen will disappear. We are awaiting app approval from Apple on a perminant fix to this issue and will release as soon as possible.

We made several changes to the sign up process including a new design to the location services page. This should now correct this issue.
