I'm in Washington right now and I've checked in. But for some reason, the app won't give me my badge. It did that last time I was in Washington too. Can you give me my badge please?

Visited states and checked-in recently but Badges are not added. Nomad is also not registering my locations as we change locations. It was working perfectly without making any system changes. I’ve followed your instructions given to other Nomads but nothing is helping. I’ve thought about deleting the app and reinstalling but I’m afraid I’ll loose my Badges.
